SIVO Media LLC ("WalkUp", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in the State of Texas, USA, operates the website walkup.app (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in connection with your visit to our Website.


This Privacy Policy applies to the Website only. The WalkUp mobile application is governed by a separate privacy policy.


We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including:


  • US federal and state law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), where applicable,

  • the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for users in the European Economic Area (EEA),

3.1 Technical Data

When you visit our Website, certain technical data is collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure:

This data is processed to ensure the stable and secure operation of the Website and to prevent misuse.

3.3 Email Address (Waitlist / Interest Form)

If you provide your email address via our newsletter or waitlist form, we collect and store that email address in order to contact you about WalkUp updates and the app launch. This data is stored in Google Sheets, a service provided by Google LLC. No other personal data is collected through this form.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Hosting: Framer

Our Website is built and hosted using Framer, a service provided by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207-B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Framer provides the technical infrastructure to deliver our Website and processes technical data (IP address, browser type, access time, referrer URL) in server log files on our behalf.


Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient delivery of our Website. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Framer. Framer may use Content Delivery Networks (CDN) that route data through servers in the United States; such transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5.2 Web Analytics: Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about how visitors use our Website. We use Google Analytics exclusively with IP anonymization enabled: your IP address is truncated within the EEA or Switzerland before any data is transferred to the United States.


Google Analytics is only activated after you have given your consent via our cookie consent banner (see Section 6). You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

5.3 Tag Management: Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to manage website tags through a single interface. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data and does not set cookies. It triggers other tags (such as Google Analytics) that may collect data subject to your consent. Google Tag Manager cannot access data collected by those tags.


Processing is based on our legitimate interest in efficiently managing our Website's technical integrations.

5.4 Email Collection: Google Sheets

Email addresses submitted through our interest form are stored in Google Sheets, a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. Access is restricted to authorized team members only.


Data transfers to the United States (where Google LLC is headquartered) are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA/Swiss users.

8. Data Retention

  • Server log data (via Framer): typically deleted after 30 days.

  • Google Analytics data: retained for 14 months (default setting), after which it is automatically deleted or anonymized.

  • Email addresses (Google Sheets): retained until you request deletion or until they are no longer needed for communication purposes.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including:


  • SSL/TLS encryption for all Website connections,

  • restricted access to stored data,

  • data processing agreements with all service providers.


No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
